Can stopping birth control pills make me cramp?

tonyagc23 asked: I had to stop taking my birth control pills because I lost my health insurance and cant afford them ( they were almost $50 a month). I am planning on using condoms. But every since I stopped taking them my stomach is cramping and I feel bloated. Is this normal.
